God moved in power this past weekend. Who could fathom how He works? Awesome.
Thousands descended upon New Life Church in Colorado Springs. John Bevere spoke passionately spoke about God's grace giving us the power to live holy lives. Holiness is possible. It's a mandate from God. We must not use the grace of God as a "huge cover up." Excellent. Around 1000 students became followers of Jesus that night.
David Crowder was a riot on Friday. He's excellent. We enjoyed having the David Crowder Band this year...super fun!
Saturday afternoon we all committed to OVERCOME. (Rev. 12:11) Our individual stories matter. We decided to live our little stories within His Blockbuster, big story.
Ron Luce challenged us to dream, dream big. We want to be a part of the 2% that form culture. We are dreamers... for the Kingdom.
Brent Parsley rallied us to be wholehearted. We signed the Desperation Vow as local church youth ministries. Each tribe will expand His Kingdom in their region...amazing morning.
Saturday night we worshipped God with fervor. Actually, we broke the stage due to over five thousand students dancing.
Now, I'm sitting at my favorite coffee shop near the church thanking God for the desperation family, the willing ones. God is alive and working. We will overcome. May the Lamb that was slain receive His reward...
Till He Comes,
David
